A little succulent

This is Delopsperma aberdeenense and it is barely an inch in diameter.  it seems to produce just one flower at a time.
Today Charlie had his first piano recital (aged 9) and really did very welll. Katie brought the rest of her family and little Hazel performed well clapping when we all clapped (and sometimes in between!). She is 10 months old now.
