Rutherglen Terrace Revisited

I've blipped this ornate house before, because I see it frequently on my morning walk. The bright ice plant and the geraniums in bloom add a little glamor to the grey day. This was a private home back in the day, but now belongs to the Oblates of St. Joseph.

I walked far enough to check out the cormorants again, and was rewarded with a glimpse of the egg when the mom got up to stretch.
