Sunshine yellow

Another lovely day, and 18 degrees at 09:30 when we left the Leisure Centre.  We decided to do a detour to see how the landscape was looking and there were a few yellow fields.

I had a bad night with my shoulder last night, and unfortunately got kicked on my shoulder by John this morning!  He normally manages to kick me once or twice as he has a wide breast stroke kick, and Helen was coming the other way so I had no escape.
