Catfish Ceviche

A few times each month where I often shop, fresh catfish nuggets (offcuts) are sold off at half the usual price, which is already far lower than the price of filets.
I made a ceviche using three pounds of them. My luck’s been improving with this dish, and the entire batch went into my belly overnight.
