Been suffering from a sickness bug for the past couple of days. Nae fun.

Still not totally better but managing to keep what should be in, in.

I very rarely drink Lucozade except when I'm ill. Always makes me feel better. Which is I am sure all my head but at least I can face drinking it.

And it made a handy, don't have to move very far to take the pic, blip.
