Hallowe'en Lights

Our guiser-avoidance tactics this year were to rush home from work, drive down to Kilmarnock for tea, then repair to the cinema to see Skyfall. Unfortunately all of Ayrshire seemed to have the same idea and the cinema was booked up for nearly the whole evening. "Serves the skinflints right", I hear you chorus, but we got a couple of cups of coffee at a McDonalds Drive Through in Kilwinning (I point-blank refuse to spell it "thru", or ask for "regular fries" - they're "normal chips". Hurumph). Anyway, after a romantic search for rock salt in B&M, we went to the Braes car park in Saltcoats in the dark and pouring rain to drink our beverages and listen to bagpipe and drum music from my Clanadonia CD.

This picture is of the lights of a distant amusement arcade casting spooky images in the raindrops of the car window.
