U3A walk from Petit Bot...

... around the cliffs and leaves then back to Petit Bot. I had to walk straight down to the beach for a paddle because my feet were so hot. Thank goodness I looked at my walking boots and socks before I came out and discarded them in favour of Crocs! After the steam had stopped rising off the sea I joined the others in the tea garden of the cafe for a Magnum Ice Cream. I know  my HbA1c blood test is booked in for next Monday but this was medicinal! It was way too hot for me to be walking up and down these steep hills and steps (my FitBit recoded 82 floors). At times I had to choose between chatting and breathing.
