Blipping on the Ceiling!

A man is at his doctor because of bad back pain.
The doctor examines him and says “Let me write you a prescription for some pain relief medicine".
He pulls out a prescription pad and a rectal thermometer.
“Oh no!" he says "Some a**ehole's got my pen!"
