Excavations

Today I helped my son and daughter in law re-vamp their front garden to some small extent! Here is my daughter in law and granddaughter weeding around a beautiful yellow azalea. It was hot but my son began to dig up a very weedy bed in order to plant roses and lavender! The soil is clay which should suit roses well.
The children were happy to play in the garden with W’s new toys and we enjoyed our meals out there too!
