Unilever House

- reflected in Blackfriars Station. You can see the London Eye and the Oxo Tower as well if you look very carefully.
Unilever House has a pleasing and impressive curved frontage overlooking the Thames.  Built in 1930 on the site of the Henry VIII's Bridewell Palace that had by the 1800s become a poor house and prison and was knocked down in 1864. Lots of interesting history round there retained in road names and plaques if you look hard enough.
