Poppies Wave at Fort Nelson

Today Paola (friend and fellow blipper) and I went to Fort Nelson to see the Poppies Wave...Wave is a sweeping arch of bright red poppy heads suspended on towering stalks.   The first time the poppies were displayed was at the Tower of London in 2014.   There were over 880,000 poppies at the Tower, each one planted by a volunteer in memory of the life of a British and colonial soldier lost during the 1st World War.   There are 500 displayed at Fort Nelson which offers a unique setting for Wave, and making it accessible to more people.   If after reading all this you have time to look in extras, you will find a couple more!
