Tucking In

I found four elderly praying mantis females in the greenhouse today, including the one I put in there. The rest found their own way in. There could be more as I couldn’t find a distinctive one today that I photographed yesterday. I’m surprised that they are moving to the greenhouse. I didn’t think they were so mobile. Apart from shelter the greenhouse has a lot of flies to eat. The flies, of course, come for the warmth too.
