WI meeting

I considered using the title ‘it never rains but it pours’ as today was full of activity. It started with a leak. No sign of any water when I fed the cats, then half an hour later we had a growing puddle. Mr D had to get up early to fix it (he tightened the connection to the washing machine). Then my brother and wife came for lunch. Then I went to my book club. Everyone liked ‘Eleanor Oliphant is absolutely fine’. Finally I had my Wednesday WI meeting. We were having a gardening meeting. Members brought unwanted plants, and the money from their sale went to charity. The blip shows plants for sale with potential buyers. I got some sweet peas. A busy but enjoyable day.
