The First-Cut Delay

A month into the grass-cutting season and still no mower

Today was visiting day as I wanted to see for myself how repairs to my dear old mower were progressing

So, after trials and tribulations with the original carburettor, for which no spares could be located, a new engine was agreed. The new engine, made in China, has now arrived and the necessary shaft modifications complete.

Now all ready for assembly

The first-cut won’t just be the deepest but the longest, more like a hayfield than a lawn
