Sunny Saturday

My friend picked me up to go to Slimming World this morning, I was pleased to have maintained my weight having not been for two weeks as off on hen weekend and then the operation.

My Dad and step mum aka funny nanny and gramps arrived for the bank holiday weekend which was lovely and Jack is very happy to have them here.

We had a nice afternoon and I rested mostly apart from my physio exercises. I had a much better sleep as have got better pain medication now.

It was sooo hot today too.
