Upward swan selfie

I’ve been swayed into becoming a yoga-bunny lately - to the point I’m even carrying a yoga mat to work so I can get a bit in. Pleasingly, I’m finding it is starting to show significant benefits for my karate (and general not-hurtingness).

Here I’ve attempted to selfie an attempt at Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (one-legged king pigeon pose - but not the full pose). I’ve also heard this called swan pose, and the next phase is to lie forward - and calling that sleeping swan. I dunno, but I do know it’s helping, so that’s good enough for me.
