We drove the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. T-shirt weather !

A few Ringed Plovers - pottering about on the beach

At Carskey we walked along to the far end and back.
Fergus had to walk sensibly on his lead after last Sunday's nonsense.

Later Apothecary7 was painting with BBC radio2 in the background.
