A glass of wine, a Kardinalschnitte (a delicious morsel with sponge, meringue and coffee cream) and sunshine at the football was my idea of heaven after the last couple of weeks. The doctor surprised me this morning by saying i could go home with the drain in and come back on Monday to outpatients. I think they were glad to see the back of me.
