After the deluge

A wet, wet morning spent not doing terribly much. The gloom was deepened a bit when I heard of the death of Tessa Jowell ; a politician I respected and who went to school and University in Aberdeen. Make the most of each day should be everyone’s motto - you just never know what’s round the corner.

It brightened up a bit on the afternoon so I went out for a soggy tramp in my new boots to break them in a bit. Then a bit of mindless telly before tucking in to my first bowl of Scottish strawberries this year.
