By the seaside

I have had a busy morning and managed to take a quick peak at the sea before a visit to the podiatrist.  This was followed by a yoga class and then an appointment with the physiotherapist. So feet sorted but back still not quite right.

A lovely sunny day but I spent it catching up on things, it had to be done.  I have included an extra of a caterpillar that was in a large group climbing over the benches.  People were warning not to touch it as it can be irritating, it is apparently a moth caterpillar of some sort.
