Javelin

A specialist training session in javelin, discus and shot for my son’s club tonight and he was invited to join. He may only be 11 but has shown potential in the field side of athletics.

The coach was surprised at his age based on his size! If he maintains his growth and keeps on improving then he could do really well when he gets older.
