Urban Heat Island.

It’s less than a month since the lawn was covered in snow. Now it’s hot.

Dinner is outside for the first time this year. I raise the parasol which cantilevers over the deck, but soon fold it up again, as the breeze, although pleasingly warm, is too strong.

We prepare for tomorrow’s excursion, but don’t have the energy to stay up for the IPO. It can wait until the morning, hopefully.
