Relaxation

This is a lovely picture in the waiting area of my dentist.

3 sprays with the Bach's Rescue Remedy, 1 injection, some deep breathing exercises and a *very* kind, patient dental surgeon & assistant got my filling done!

Still feeling a bit sore & sorry for myself but don't have to go back for 9 months so yay for that :)
