Ashy mining bee

These handsome bees, Andrena cineraria, are now regulars in my garden. Nearby there will usually be Nomada goodeniana (see extra), one of the cleptoparasites (cuckoo bees) that take over its nest cell for the development of its own offspring. It's a bit of a jungle out there!
