We attended an after work workout near my office. We have been planning this for quite a while and were very excited. I went with my sweetie (pictured) amd my top boss at the gym where i teach 3 weekly classes. We loved it - 8 min interval rowing training, followed by the same amount of time doing core work on the mat beside your erg, then repeat both of these. We finished off with a 6 minute piece on the ergo at a higher stroke rate with more power. We ended with core mat work and a stretch. It was a great overall body workout. We were home after 8:30 for a bite then bed.
