Aloft

The sky was so blue and clear today. It was also warmer than it has been for the past week. There was a chorus of birds singing high in our walnut tree. The sun and song were delightful at a time when so much devastation (Hurricane Sandy) and disagreement (US Elections) has saturated our lives.
