An optimistic day

I arrived at work and immediately the ladies had me hanging bunting outside the shop. There was much talk of dresses, hairstyles and colour coordination and I don’t think a lot of work got done. The wedding was on in the background and I felt strangely out of my element! It was nice to see everyone happy and I did follow the proceedings over lunch. I chose today’s blip on my afternoon walk, an archetypal summer country scene on a very traditional day, albeit with a good nod to modernity.
