Nearly slack water

at the Great Ouse King's Lynn. The river is flowing very slowly away from me, north towards the Wash and North Sea. A point is reached when the incoming tide exactly counterbalances the river's flow and the water is still or "slack". If there is no wind some lovely reflections occur.
