Street Party

We’ve had a busy day!

The cats had their annual vaccinations and a check up this morning - all is well.

We popped to the pet shop for some cat food and litter.

We watched the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle - beautiful!

When L had her nap we planted some of our sunflowers into the garden. Hope they continue to grow.

We woke L early from her nap as the fire engine had arrived at our street party (for fun, not an emergency) and it was only staying for half an hour or so. L loved it! Her highlight was sitting in the driving seat and holding the steering wheel. She re-enacted it for the rest of the day!

The party was fun - L drew with chalks on the road, made a little friend from up the road and trotted about with him for a while. We posed in the photo booth with Harry and Meghan masks on. Then we had an ice cream from the van.

Good memories made.
