It was a bit of a surprise that Dad had this Mountain Equipment sleeping bag in his cupboard.  Who knew!  

It's been a very long day for the four of us, with 6 hours driving and 6 hours emptying, sorting, bagging up and bagsying and loading up of the cars.

But what took longest was going through all of Dad's paintings, prints and drawings and making a pile of what we wanted to keep. He was a prolific artist, in all media, and we're not sure at the moment what will happen to all his work. We'll have to come back, at least once again and probably twice, it's a work in progress.
