Lilacs are Out!

There is a veritable wall of lilac bushes blooming outside my bedroom window. It is about 30 feet long. They fill the back rooms of the house with their romantic fragrance. I am enjoying it right now as I post this blip. Too bad we cannot (yet) send fragrances.
I cannot quit get a good blip of the bushes so this bouquet with the addition of wild mustard will do for now. I expect I will try for other lilacs again.
They are blooming late, of course, because spring took a long time to kick off. And it looks like the late frost/snow took the Tree Peony flower buds.  There will be only leaves this year.  The regular peonies are budding okay.
