Sore Legs

A day off work today. Another scorcher.
In the morning took no. 3 son to the orthodontist in Edinburgh. Last visit. End of an era.
In the afternoon went for a cycle to Innerleithen aka Inners :-) with my friend Kate.
The blip is of me relaxing with thechimp over a cuppa after the bike ride. His legs NOT mine!
