Law of Gravity

Dam, woke up this morning with leg still aching.

Lucy, M's Mum's dog is staying with us for a couple of days so we had three dogs for a relatively short trudge around Achaderry, For the dogs exercise value appears to be a function of walk time rather than the human distance covered in a given walk. If you, the human, walk for an hour Caley's spends it all at 100mph anyway so it doesn't really matter how far you walk. So we walked for an hour!
With Lucy in attendance there is a new dimension to Caley's work out. Keep the stick off Lucy, and it makes her crabbit beyond belief and her aggitated barks of frustration echo through the normally tranquil birch woodland. In the areas of pace, agility and of course swimming Lucy can't compete with the young Labrador. The performance provides dozens of blip opportunities.
Anyway this is Caley on the walk doing one of his other tricks, defying gravity. Its a law he is unaware of and he takes off on one side of this wide ditch and appears to stay in the air for ages (long enough for the photo), touches down and races on.

Hinted at, my pace on the walk was less than pedestrian trying to avoid undue pressure on the right side. There are loads of folk o blip who have bravely fought through health problems. Good health is a blessing and if you can step outside and walk to work you are very lucky. (The job is a bonus.)

Note to self; stop girning about an ache that will be away in a couple of days.

Good health to everyone.
