Baby Robin

Look at this tiny dot at the wildlife rescue - a baby robin, 4 or 5 days old. Kathy thinks he has a very good chance of survival with warmth and ten minute feeding. He was found in a local park by some kind person who drove him to the rescue centre.

As well as about a gazillion ducklings (who need cleaning out 4 times a day!), loads of baby starlings, blackbirds, robins and finches and the usual pigeons and doves, the rather splendid tawny owlet in extras is currently in residence. Sarah and I had a lovely morning there, although we came home exhausted and covered in bird poo.....
