Purple Velvet Starfish

It isn't really a purple velvet starfish, it's a poppy seed casing.  I just love these and we have about 5 in the flower-bed and I am thinking about harvesting them.  Just so I can have them dried and in a vase.

All of which is a much better train of thought than the one I had earlier.

I had one of those days where anxiety got the better of me.  Only for a couple of hours, but they were a particularly horrible couple of hours.  I find that I can't judge anything anymore - distance for example.  I'm always at my clumsiest when I'm stressed.  And it adds to the roar of my anxiety when I'm clumsy.

My job, in one way, actually helps with my anxiety.  I am a Help Desk for lots of programmers, and I get called a lot.  Helping other people takes me out of My Problem, and I have always had patience for other people (that I never have for myself).

Things are calm now.  Thank heavens for that.
