about to start:  Grapefruit by Yoko Ono, before heading back to some more nature writing, or a novel.
cooking: leftovers
relieved that: the Radish didn't require the tender care of Andy the Vet after he'd consumed something on one of his walks that gave him a lot of pain last night. he's happy now.
