Book Club Choice

I’d had the honour of choosing the current read for our meeting on Thursday . I’d chosen this because I love Elizabeth Buchan’s style which is rich with description of feelings and character interaction yet very economical in its language .
I’d read it a while ago but now I’m re - reading and making notes as I had been relying on the usual prop of Book Group Questions on the Internet which most novels seem to have these days.

Unlucky! So I’m scribbling away desperately trying to work out questions which will prompt discussion as I read . It’s the first time I’ve hosted so I want it to go well but experience tells me it’s not always that easy to get discussions going ..........
