Les Colombes

This installation, consisting of over 2,500 white paper origami doves, is suspended down the length of the nave of Salisbury Cathedral. The Cathedral originally planned to host it as part of their events to mark the centenary of the end of World War One, but as the notes accompanying the installation say, its 'message of peace, hope and new beginnings is even more poignant as Salisbury and its communities recover from the aftermath of the nerve agent attack in the city centre in March 2018.'
