Blowing man

A man walked in our garden and blew away debris, contrary to how a vacuum cleaner works. But the junk has to be picked up too, but I did not see that he did. Maybe he will come back tomorrow and do it, or not. It almost felt like he was sweeping the debris under the carpet.
