Wasn’t planning on a run today but cold felt better and, applying the “neck check” rule (cold in the head and nose doesn’t stop you running, sore throat or chesty cough stops you), went for a run along the dead canal in the afternoon - a lot of it has been rewatered- looks good!

Some jobs today but some reading in the sun as well.
