Detour

I wasn't really sure where I was heading today but, as I was cycling out to Farnley, I decided that Castley and Almscliffe would be good options for the day.  And it was a beauty!

I probably took more photos than pedal strokes with this being one of my small detours.

I've been to pilates, stretched, used a massage chair, cycled, walked and finished with physio.  My shoulders have been playing up since the journey home and they don't half feel better now, I can tell you - and it was really only the latter that cracked it.
