It's me.......

It was a cold one this morning, J asked where I thought I was going in my "go faster" stripes! Running says me! Really! Says he, cause it looks kinda slippy!

I know says me, I just slipped and spectacularly slid down the back garden on my ass, I was wet through, taking the pup for a pee!!!!!!! A wee run will not hurt me!!

Slid all over the place, even Lady lost her footing!!!

We took Miss R shopping in advance of her birthday, then up to dad's with the Saturday Greggs order! Did his ironing, bed change and general tidy up!

Chilling now with a wee glass of vino! Really sore ankles I think I'm an "overpronator"! Advice from runners welcome!
