LimeBike littering in extra.  These dockless bicycle and scooter sharing things are, well, I dunno.  I was pretty shocked when I was last in SF in South of Market and the scooters were literally strewn across the sidewalks, just dropped and left as if some kid had run off.  A friend of mine wrote a piece on this recently.  The LimeBikes in the extra are right by San Mateo station and blocking that corner and fire hydrant.  I guess they're convenient for users just to be able to leave them wherever but not so for anyone else.
