Bubbles

This is a Bubble Waffle, which apparently is all the rage in Hong Kong right now. It’s quite amusing to eat the bubbles, which are crisp outside and soft inside, but the flavour is overly cakey-sweet: a bit bland.
Verdict: stick with the traditional waffle configuration because you can pour maple syrup into the holes.
