A bargain or .....

As Victor Meldrew would say" I don't believe it!" But it was true 29p ( well done Waitrose ) . I needed cheering - up yesterday so I got some flowers , suddenly I saw these in another bucket , 29p , well you just couldn't let that one go could you?
Today has been very cloudy and dull , tho' now at5.15pm it has cheered up and the sun had shown her face.
Apart from visiting the hairdressers and the garden centre ( purchased 2 New Guinea plants & 2 boxes of lobilia ) , not much else has happened here, "A" was going to cut the hedge but it was so wet it would have been dangerous , so , it's a waiting game I'm afraid.

Grateful ..... to see the sun even if only for a few hours
