Cat and flower

I know I am a bit back and forward with colour and black and white, I don't follow a plan, it just depends on the scene in the photograph and how I feel about it.  It also depends on the light, whether it's bright or dull, I tend to use black and white more when it is overcast.  I was experimenting with photographing a flower in a cocktail glass, but a certain furry character interrupted me.
