Apple Cake.

I had so many Apples uneaten that I wanted to use them.
I looked up a Recipe for Apple Cake & made it.
I have never made this before & it is delicious, shame there's not enough people to eat it.
I really miss having all my children home so I can cook, bake etc for them all.
