Rock Pools

I was blessed to grow up by the sea and the girls have inherited our love of the beach and all the creatures we can find! Today we took them to Rosemarkie and Charis, ofcourse, took off to see what she could find! She always finds some wee creature to put in her bucket ... hermit crabs, crabs, dogfish, shrimps, starfish. or winkles.

I love that the girls have such a passion for being outdoors and have no fear of lifting the seaweed or guddling in a rock pool! Days like this are good for the soul!
