Allium

Backblip as out in evening.
Spent a lot of the day in the garden and got pots and tubs planted up and some veg planted out, as well as various other jobs - though too hot for anything very strenuous.
Then picked up by my son to go to Kinghorn where we met Mr Rat (he'd been at a training day not far away) for the Blackrock race, daughter was a marshall and the grandkids handing out bananas and water at the end. They'd run the kids race earlier and did very well, coming 1st and 6th.
The race goes through the village, out across the beach for a mile, raound the Blackrock and back, with a very steep hill to finish. It was much cooler there (and even chilly once finished) but we all had a good run, though the tide was coming in and the sea at the back of the rock was nearly knee-deep when I got there (the last runners must have had it above knee). I was pleased to beat both my previous times - and I enjoyed it as well.
Burger after then drive home with a beautiful view of the Lomond Hills silhouetted against a pale orange sky.
