I got this book from a friend of mine, it's called 'Crazy about yarn' and is filled with inspiration. I made a square to put on a pocket I then sewed on my jeans, when I'd extended the waist. The waist isn't pretty, but functional. Hopefully, one day, I can removed that part. After finishing my jeans I continued sewing on the jeans bag I'm making. The white lace is a sample piece I ordered to see how that fabric was. It's lovely, but rather expensive, so I thought I'd make use of the sample instead. 
We still have very warm weather and they say it'll stay next week too and even get warmer... Small air planes are flying twice a day to check for forest fires, which is very comforting.
